Lookout Point

Tommy & Tuppence

Agatha Christie’s TOMMY & TUPPENCE are a detective duo for the ages. First introduced to us in the 1922 novel The Secret Adversary, the impulsive Tuppence Cowley and the loveable, try-hard Tommy Beresford take us through fifty years and multiple stories of thrilling murder mystery, screwball comedy and playful romance. Lookout Point’s contemporary adaption reimagines these iconic heroes as thirty-something university exes who reunite at the scene of a crime. As they set out to try and solve their first murder, they quickly find themselves living as flatmates in Tommy’s ramshackle Hampstead flat – but can two exes ever really be friends? Especially when they discover they have very different ideas about why they originally broke-up….

Tommy’s flat used to belong to his beloved Aunt Ada, a legendary PI who ran her very own Private Detective Agency back in the day and when, (with Ada’s help), Tommy and Tuppence solve their first case, they decide to get the agency, Blunt’s Brilliant Detectives, back up and running. As the two become Hampstead’s very own Holmes and Watson, their hardest case might just be working out if they will ever get back together…And when Aunt Ada is murdered, their talents (and relationship) are pushed to the test.
