TANYA BITTAR MASSALLY PA to the CEOs and Managing Director
BioTanya joined Lookout Point in 2023 as PA to the Joint CEOs and MD, having previously worked as a Coordinator at C4, a Scripted Development Assistant intern at Raw TV, in background roles for HETV/Film productions and as an Exec PA/Senior Coordinator at GB News. Her written work has gained the Writer’s Craft accolade from the RTS and was selected for the BFI Future Film and Chicago CineYouth festivals. She has a BA in Film, Photography and Media from the University of Leeds.
CHRISSIE BROADWAY Production Executive
BioChrissie has worked in production for companies including Baby Cow, NBCUniversal and Carnival Films and across programmes such as Downton Abbey, Alan Partridge, The Lost Honour of Christopher Jeffries, The Durrells and Killing Eve. Prior to joining Lookout Point, Chrissie was Production Executive at Sid Gentle Films Ltd, joining shortly after their first commission to create an in-house production structure. Chrissie worked across all of Sid’s productions from development to delivery, as well as created Sid’s policies, manuals and templates for productions.
PIPPA BROWN Creative Director, Comedy
BioPippa Brown is a comedy Producer and writer. Pippa joined from Tiger Aspect Productions where she was Creative Director, Comedy who most recently co-wrote and Executive Produced BBC1 comedy The Other One (BBC1). Her previous producing credits include Bounty Hunters (Sky), Bad Education (BBC3), The Bad Education Movie, Rose D’Or winning Psychobitches (Sky Arts), Kathy Burke’s Walking and Talking (Sky Atlantic), Julia Davis’s Little Cracker (Sky One), Julian Barratt’s Little Cracker (Sky One), Sam Simmons’ Channel 4 Comedy Blap and Sky Short. Starting out in production, Pippa was fortunate enough to work on award winning shows including Pulling and Monkey Dust.
MARY BURROWS Commercial and Legal Director
BioMary joined Lookout Point in 2019. Prior to joining Lookout Point she was a partner in media law firm Lee and Thompson where she acted for international studio & platforms, TV production companies and actors. Prior to Lee and Thompson, Mary was Head of Legal and Business Affairs (Drama and Scripted Comedy) at FremantleMedia. Mary is a UK-qualified solicitor, a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
KASSI CHALK Development Producer
BioKassi joined Lookout Point as Development Assistant in 2017 and then went on to script edit Andrew Davies’ adaptation of A Suitable Boy. Kassi now nurtures a wide range of projects across Lookout Point’s slate with new and established talent. Her career in development started as a reader and researcher for Sister Pictures. Prior to this, Kassi toured Japan with a production of The Merchant of Venice while working as a theatre-in-education workshop leader.
HUGH DAVIES Marketing Director
BioHugh oversees the marketing of all Lookout Point’s dramas, working with partners to generate standout global campaigns, building programme brands from early development stages, and leading on company comms. After starting out as a strategic planner in advertising, Hugh moved to the BBC in 2009, where he became Head of Marketing, Drama, overseeing campaigns for some of the most talked about shows of recent years including Sherlock, The Night Manager, Peaky Blinders, Taboo, The Missing, Luther, Doctor Foster, and War and Peace. Most recently, he was Head of Marketing and Audiences for BBC Studios.
KATIE DRAPER Executive Producer
BioKatie joined Lookout Point as an Executive Producer in March 2020 to develop a diverse slate of projects with emerging and established creative talent. Before joining the company, Katie was a Creative Director at Playground where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s extensive slate, including the development of Ben Vanstone’s revival of All Creatures Great and Small for C5 and Harriet Warner’s forthcoming Dangerous Liaisons. Prior to this Katie worked in development at Kudos and Tiger Aspect, where she script edited the Bafta-nominated first series of My Mad Fat Diary for E4, Peaky Blinders for BBC2 and Fortitude for Sky Atlantic.
LUCY DU BOULAY Finance Director
BioLucy joined Lookout Point in November 2021 having previously worked for Tiger Aspect Productions since 2004, both as a Production Account and later as the Production Finance Manager. She has worked on a big range of projects across Comedy, Drama, Entertainment, Factual as well as Kids & Family. As Production Finance Manager, Lucy was involved in all scripted projects including The A Word (BBC), Good Karma Hospital (ITV), Peaky Blinders (BBC), Ripper Street (BBC), Bounty Hunters (Sky) & The Other One (BBC).
KIRSTEN ELLER Head of Production
BioKirsten joins Lookout as Head of Production from Keshet Productions where she successfully delivered Suspicion for Apple TV. Previous to this, Kirsten worked for a number of years as a freelance Line Producer, across a spectrum of productions from comedies, to feature films and children’s series. HETV drama credits include Giri Haji, Press, Marcella and The Enfield Haunting. She has also held in house roles at Shine and Eleven Film. At Shine she oversaw development into production of the first series of Merlin.
MIRANDA FLOY Operations Manager
BioMiranda started out in theatre, performing in the UK and Europe. Later she worked in the civil service and in the City before returning to drama and moving into television. She has a degree in Drama from the University of Manchester and an MA in Writing from the University of Warwick.
COLIN HOPKINS Financial Controller
BioColin joined Lookout Point in 2018, having worked previously at Tiger Aspect Productions and eOne Features. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010, becoming a Manager in the media department of a Soho-based accountancy firm, where he worked closely with several UK film and TV production companies, as well as a number of high-profile British actors, producers and film directors. He has a degree in History from the University of Manchester.
BRYONY HOUSE Production Manager
BioBryony joined Lookout Point in 2022 as part of the Production team. Previously Bryony has worked as a freelance HETV Drama Production Coordinator for a number of years on productions including Call The Midwife, Mr Selfridge and Humans.
MONTANA ISAACS Production Coordinator
BioMontana joined LPL in 2022 as an in house production coordinator and has a BA in Film Production. Before joining Lookout Point, Montana worked in technology, supporting various HETV production companies and teams with managing productions.
TAMMY INCLES Legal and Business Affairs Executive
BioTammy spent 4 years at the start of her career working in the publishing sector, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. She spent 13 years practising litigation, as well as running a small retail business for 8 years. After a short break at home looking after her children, she joined Lookout Point to assist the Business Operations and Business Affairs teams. She has a degree in History from Trinity College, Dublin.
ALEX JOFFE Head of Legal and Business Affairs
BioPrior to joining Loookout Point Alex spent 3 years as a consultant providing legal and business affairs advice to film and tv production companies including Kudos Film & Television and Viacom International. Alex previously spent over a decade as the Head of Business Affairs for Apple’s marketing team in Europe. Prior to her role at Apple, Alex was a partner at Soho law firm Simons Muirhead Burton and she has also held a role as a senior legal and business affairs manager at Endemol. Alex qualified as a solicitor at Berwin Leighton Paisner after completing a post graduate law conversion course and she has a first degree in Chemistry and Management from Manchester University.
WILL JOHNSTON Joint CEO
BioWill is the Joint CEO of Lookout Point with responsibility for the overall creative and strategic direction of the company. As an executive producer Will’s slate includes Renegade Nell for Disney+. Will recently delivered the third and final series of Happy Valley (BBC/AMC) to audience and critical acclaim, as well as the second series of Gentleman Jack (BBC/HBO), and oversaw the BBC miniseries A Suitable Boy on location in North India. Previously as Head of Development for Lookout Point, Will worked closely on the early development of Gentleman Jack and Les Misérables (BBC/PBS) and cultivated a wide slate of established and emerging talent. He joined the company in 2016 from the BBC where he script edited for the broadcaster War & Peace and To Walk Invisible. Before coming to work in TV, Will started his career in development at Working Title Films.
CELIYA KOSTER-BROWN Development Editor
BioCeliya Koster, as our development editor at Lookout Point, works closely with the development team across our ambitious drama slate. Alongside assisting to identifying emerging writing talent and ideas with potential. Celiya first joined the company as part of our office runner scheme in 2017, which she began after graduating from City, University of London with a First-Class Honours in Cultural and Creative Industries. Before joining Lookout Point, Celiya gained editorial experience as editor of print publication Typical Girls.
LAURA LANKESTER Joint CEO
BioLaura is the Joint CEO of Lookout Point with responsibility for the overall creative and strategic direction of the company. As an executive producer Laura’s slate includes Sally Wainwright’s Gentleman Jack (BBC/HBO), A Suitable Boy (BBC/Netflix) shot on location in north India, written by Andrew Davies and directed by Mira Nair, Last Tango in Halifax (BBC/PBS) and Matt Orton’s South African detective thriller Devil’s Peak. Laura script produced Andrew Davies’ War and Peace and Les Misérables. Laura joined the company from the BBC where as Head of Development for BBC Wales she developed a successful drama slate. Laura began her career working with Andrew Davies on BBC Two’s The Line of Beauty and as a script editor in both development and production at Kudos.
AGNES MEATH BAKER Development Producer
BioAgnes works across the Lookout Point slate to develop a diverse range of television projects with both established and emerging writing talent. Agnes first joined the team in 2018 to script edit Andrew Davies’ acclaimed adaptation of Victor Hugo’s Les Miserables. Prior to Lookout Point, Agnes represented a broad list of writers and directors as an agent at Curtis Brown. She began her career at DNA Films, working on projects including Thomas Vinterberg’s Far From the Madding Crowd, Alex Garland’s Ex Machina and Annihilation.
LOUISE MUTTER Managing Director / Executive Producer
BioLouise is an Executive Producer on Renegade Nell. Previously she was Head of Production at Lookout Point and has been key to delivering Lookout Point’s drama slate and the new comedy slate alongside the Boffola team. Prior to joining Lookout Point in 2017, Louise was Head of Production for Comedy and Drama at Sky, growing a transmission slate from zero to eighty plus hours per year. And, as it is now quite a long time since she started in tv, before that was a freelance line producer working on a number of award winning comedies and dramas.
AJAY SISODIYA Development Assistant
BioAjay graduated with a degree in Law before pursuing a career in TV. He earned a place on Edinburgh TV Festival’s ‘The Network’ programme as well as gaining a place on Endemol Shine’s Brightbulb internship scheme. He has worked as a Development Researcher at Hello Halo, developing up a range of shows from dating formats to documentaries. He has a passion for writing, reading and mountain climbing.
ALEX VYVYAN Legal and Business Affairs Executive
BioAlex joined Lookout Point in 2021 as part of the Legal and Business Affairs team. Prior to joining Lookout Point, Alex completed her training contract with Simkins LLP, a media and entertainment law firm. Alex has a degree in English literature from Trinity College, Dublin and attended BPP law school in London.
