MARY BURROWS Commercial and Legal Director

 Bio

Mary joined Lookout Point in 2019. Prior to joining Lookout Point she was a partner in media law firm Lee and Thompson where she acted for international studio & platforms, TV production companies and actors. Prior to Lee and Thompson, Mary was Head of Legal and Business Affairs (Drama and Scripted Comedy) at FremantleMedia.

KASSI CHALK Development Producer

 Bio

Kassi joined Lookout Point as Development Assistant in 2017 and then went on to script edit Andrew Davies’ adaptation of A Suitable Boy (BBC). Kassi now nurtures a wide range of projects across Lookout Point’s slate with new and established talent. Kassi is currently Story Producing Netflix’s new adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, written by Dolly Alderton, as well as Britbox’s Tommy & Tuppence, an Agatha Christie adaptation by Phoebe Eclair-Powell. Her career in development started as a reader and researcher for Sister Pictures.

KATIE DRAPER Executive Producer

 Bio

Katie joined Lookout Point as an Executive Producer in March 2020 to develop a diverse slate of projects with emerging and established creative talent. Before joining the company, Katie was a Creative Director at Playground where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s extensive slate, including the development of Ben Vanstone’s revival of All Creatures Great and Small for C5 and Harriet Warner’s forthcoming Dangerous Liaisons. Prior to this Katie worked in development at Kudos and Tiger Aspect, where she script edited the Bafta-nominated first series of My Mad Fat Diary for E4, Peaky Blinders for BBC2 and Fortitude for Sky Atlantic.

LUCY DU BOULAY Finance Director

 Bio

Lucy joined Lookout Point in November 2021 having previously worked for Tiger Aspect Productions since 2004, both as a Production Account and later as the Production Finance Manager. She has worked on a big range of projects across Comedy, Drama, Entertainment, Factual as well as Kids & Family. As Production Finance Manager, Lucy was involved in all scripted projects including The A Word (BBC), Good Karma Hospital (ITV), Peaky Blinders (BBC), Ripper Street (BBC), Bounty Hunters (Sky) & The Other One (BBC).

MUHAMMED El-BEIK Office Runner

 Bio

Muhammed joined Lookout Point in 2025. He is an aspiring writer-director and has recently finished his dark-comedy short, ‘Blue Cordelia’ – a film he wrote, directed and co-produced. He is currently writing on his next project. Muhammed has a Law degree, worked on Taskmaster, and also as an Executive Assistant. 

ESTHER HAMILTON-IVORY Development Editor

 Bio

Esther joined Lookout Point at the beginning of 2026 as a Development Editor. Prior to that, she worked at House Productions as Juliette’s Executive Assistant. She has also worked as a reader and researcher for various companies as well as a runner at New Pictures.

COLIN HOPKINS Financial Controller

 Bio

Colin joined Lookout Point in 2018, having worked previously at Tiger Aspect Productions and eOne Features. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010, becoming a Manager in the media department of a Soho-based accountancy firm, where he worked closely with several UK film and TV production companies, as well as a number of high-profile British actors, producers and film directors. He has a degree in History from the University of Manchester.

BRYONY HOUSE Production Manager

 Bio

Bryony joined Lookout Point in 2022 as part of the Production team. Previously Bryony has worked as a freelance HETV Drama Production Coordinator for a number of years on productions including Call The Midwife, Mr Selfridge and Humans.

AGNES MEATH BAKER Head of Development

 Bio

Agnes joined the team in 2018 to script edit Andrew Davies’ acclaimed adaptation of Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables (BBC One). She now leads our ambitious slate of projects, working closely with writers, broadcasters, agents and the wider Lookout Point team to get great work commissioned. Before Lookout Point, Agnes was an agent at Curtis Brown representing screenwriters, playwrights, directors, and book-to-screen rights. She began her career as an assistant at DNA Films, where she worked on movies including Thomas Vinterberg’s Far From the Madding Crowd, Alex Garland’s Ex Machina and Annihilation.

LOUISE MUTTER Managing Director

 Bio
Louise became Managing Director of Lookout Point in 2023 after originally joining as Head of Production. She has been key to delivering Lookout Point’s slate and was originally drawn in by A Suitable Boy and the opportunity to work in India plus filming Les Miserables in Belgium. Prior to joining Lookout Point in 2017, Louise was Head of Production for Scripted at Sky. She joined at a point where Sky was supercharging its Scripted programming to broadcast eighty plus hours a year with shows like Fortitude, Britannia and Yonderland. Before that Louise worked as a freelance Line Producer for many drama and comedy Indies.

AJAY SISODIYA Development Editor

 Bio

Ajay graduated with a degree in Law before pursuing a career in TV. He earned a place on Edinburgh TV Festival’s ‘The Network’ programme as well as gaining a place on Endemol Shine’s Brightbulb internship scheme. He has worked as a Development Researcher at Hello Halo, developing up a range of shows from dating formats to documentaries. He has a passion for writing, reading and mountain climbing.

DAMI SOTINWA Script Editor

 Bio

Dami joined Lookout Point as a script editor in 2026. He has previously worked across development at Moonage Pictures and House Productions, as well as being a script trainee on Netflix’s The Gentlemen. Dami joined Lookout Point in January so, naturally, his hobbies are his new year’s resolutions which include learning Arabic and to drive. He is doubtful about achieving either.
